I do not understand why not, because the application's video preference connects just fine. When I go back to the main window, I see in the upper right corner "Connect to a device." I click on that link, and the application reports that it cannot find a connected device. I have not figured out what to do with this setting.
That means that this Webex application is communicating with EpocCam in the iPhone.
While paying around with this particular Webex application, I found that I can see myself in Preferences>Video.
